AI PC Building provides an AI assistant ("Robert") that generates PC build recommendations, component suggestions, and hardware advice based on user input. These recommendations are generated automatically and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Robert's recommendations do not constitute professional advice of any kind — technical, financial, or otherwise. AI systems can make errors, produce outdated information, or suggest incompatible components. We make no warranty that any recommendation is accurate, complete, compatible, or suitable for your specific situation.

We are not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Robert's responses. You should independently verify all hardware recommendations before making any purchase decision.

Any purchase of PC components, hardware, or related products based on recommendations made by Robert is made entirely at your own risk and responsibility.

AI PC Building is not a retailer, reseller, or purchasing agent. We do not sell hardware, we do not fulfill orders, and we have no control over the products listed, their availability, pricing, or condition on third-party platforms such as Amazon. Amazon product links are provided for convenience only and may be subject to change.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from purchases made based on Robert's suggestions, including but not limited to: incompatible components, incorrect specifications, overspending, products that do not meet your expectations, or any other outcome of a purchasing decision.

If you are unsure about a recommendation, consult a qualified hardware specialist before purchasing.

AI PC Building participates in the Amazon Associates program. Product links displayed in the app may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a small commission if you make a purchase through them, at no additional cost to you. This does not influence Robert's recommendations.

Paid subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or any pricing at any time.

Credits are the currency used to interact with AI PC Building. Different features consume different amounts of credits — not all actions cost the same.

Current credit costs are as follows:

• 1 credit — sending a message to Robert
• 5 credits — searching for the best prices on Amazon

Credit allocations by plan:

• Free accounts — 18 credits total, granted once upon registration
• Paid subscribers — 100 credits per billing cycle, reset on the anniversary of the subscription start date

Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and do not carry over between billing cycles — unused credits expire at the end of each period. A minimum of 5 credits is required to perform a price search. We reserve the right to adjust credit costs, allocations, or feature availability at any time.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree not to use the service for illegal, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, and not to attempt to circumvent any usage limits or access restrictions.

The service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI PC Building and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the service — including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, AI errors, or purchasing decisions made in reliance on Robert's output.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
