When you create an account, we collect your name and email address (via Google or email/password sign-in).

If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are handled entirely by Stripe — we do not store your card number or financial information.

We store your chat history and PC build conversations in Firebase to enable the history feature for logged-in users.

We collect basic usage data (such as credit usage and subscription status) to operate the service.

Conversations with Robert are sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI) to generate responses. By using the service, you agree that your messages may be processed by these providers subject to their respective privacy policies.

We do not use your conversations to train AI models. Chat history stored in Firebase is used solely to provide you with the history feature.

Do not share sensitive personal or financial information in your conversations — treat Robert's recommendations as general guidance, not as a basis for significant purchasing decisions without independent verification.

We use the information we collect to: manage your account and subscription, process payments, display your chat history, and improve the service.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your account data and chat history are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Deleted data may remain in backups for a short period before being permanently removed.
